OUR PRODUCT RANGE
Find the Rails and Accessories You Need
GloryRail provides crane rails and related accessories supply and service for a variety of industrial projects. Through close cooperation with major rail production factories, GloryRail has established a spot warehouse for rail materials, and at the same time built two production lines for square steel flat steel rails, realizing the supply of all types of lifting rails.
After years of rapid development, the accessories processing factory has iteratively upgraded production equipment and production lines and is equipped with the latest forging equipment to ensure product quality and performance. The steel structure workshop can produce conventional crane blocks, buffers, embedded parts, etc., and can also provide drawing processing services.
Glory Rail Quality System and Certifications
Glory Rail crane components have fully passed ISO, CE, CRCC (Railway Product Certification), and CQC certifications, and have received testing and laboratory endorsements from SGS, TÜV Süd, and CNAS, ensuring exceptional industrial safety and global compliance.

Crane Rails
High-quality crane rails that comply with various standards, including ASCE, DIN, and BS. Suitable for overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and railway applications. Available in a wide range of sizes from 12 to 175 pounds, with standard lengths of 20 to 40 feet.

Rail Clips
Weld-on and bolted crane rail clamps designed to securely fasten rails to base plates. Manufactured from high-strength spring steel, with adjustable clamping force. Available in KPO, SKL, and custom models.

Fishplates
Rail joint plates (fishplates) are used to securely join the ends of rails. They are manufactured in accordance with various standards, including UIC, AREMA, BS, and JIS. They provide a reliable rail joint solution that offers high strength and easy installation.

Rail Rubber Pads
High-performance rubber pads for crane rails provide shock absorption and noise reduction. They protect the rails and supporting structures and improve load distribution. Available in a variety of hardness levels and sizes.

Crane Wheels
Forged and cast crane wheels with diameters ranging from 150 to 1250 mm. Available in single-flange and double-flange designs. Manufactured from 42CrMo4, C45, or GS-70 materials, with surface hardness up to HRC 50.

Crane Sheaves
Precision-machined crane pulleys for wire rope guidance and support. Available in cast steel, forged steel, or nylon. Reduce friction and extend wire rope service life.

Wire Rope Drums
Welded or cast wire rope drums with hardened rope grooves, designed for crane hoisting mechanisms. Diameter range: φ300–1000 mm; manufactured from Q355B/Q345B steel. Custom designs are available to meet specific application requirements.

Crane Hook Assembly
A complete range of crane hook assemblies, including single hooks, double hooks, and horn hooks. Forged from high-quality alloy steel and equipped with safety latches. Complies with international lifting standards.

Trolley Rail/Short Rails
High-precision short rail sections designed specifically for crane trolleys. They feature easy installation and a compact design, ensuring smooth rolling for precise load positioning.

Crane Grabs
Hydraulic and mechanical crane grabs for bulk material handling. Available in clamshell and segmented designs. Suitable for handling materials such as coal, ore, grain, and scrap steel.

Flat Bar Rail
Flat-bottomed steel rails with a rectangular cross-section. Commonly used in light- to medium-duty crane applications. Compatible with standard fastening systems, making installation and maintenance convenient.

Square Bar Rail
Square-section crane rails for specialized crane track systems. High strength and excellent wear resistance. Suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications and custom crane installations.

Crane Buffers
Hydraulic and polyurethane crane buffers (shock absorbers) are used for end-of-travel protection. They absorb kinetic energy and prevent impact damage. They are critical safety components for overhead and gantry cranes.

Steel Soleplates
Manufactured from Q235B/Q345B carbon steel, Glory Rail offers both long-type and short-type base plate. Custom sizes and thicknesses are available to meet specific project requirements.
