Flanged Nylon Pulley

Nylon Sheaves with Bearings
Pre-installed rolling bearings (ball bearings or roller bearings) ensure smooth rotation and reduce journal wear. Our “Self-lubricating Nylon Sheave with Bearing” option combines oil-impregnated nylon with sealed bearings to enable maintenance-free operation.
Steel-Lined Nylon Pulleys
A steel bushing or steel ring is cast into the nylon body, combining the wear resistance of nylon with the structural strength of steel at the load-bearing inner bore. Suitable for heavy-duty applications where the load on a single pulley exceeds 20 metric tons.
Standard U-Channel Nylon Pulley
The most common configuration, featuring a precision-machined U-channel designed to accommodate steel wire ropes. Available in all standard diameters from 200 mm to 415 mm and beyond.
